The project
Window works on a school building
This large Victorian school building in Camberley needed work to its windows across several floors. With the playground, benches and school reception right beside the building, the scaffold had to give safe access to every window while fitting around a site used every day by pupils and staff.
How it was scaffolded
We scaffolded the long main elevation to its full height, with a working lift at each floor so every window could be reached, and took the scaffold up to the gable ends, including the arched window in the gable. The scaffold rises behind the single-storey reception building in front, leaving the reception entrance and the playground clear.
