Epsom scaffolders
Epsom is a historic market town, famous for the Derby at Epsom Downs, with a High Street of older buildings around its clock tower and conservation areas in the town centre and in Ewell village. Around them are streets of Victorian, Edwardian and 1930s houses, and newer neighbourhoods built on the sites of the old hospitals, so homes here need everything from re-roofs and chimney work to extensions and loft conversions.
Epsom is towards the eastern edge of the area we cover, reached from our yard in Tidmarsh along the M4 and the M25, so we plan surveys, deliveries and inspections around your programme. We also scaffold shops and commercial buildings in the town, and our nearest projects include a new hotel in Guildford and blocks of flats in Kings Cross.

Scaffolding on your own property does not need planning permission, but if your building is listed, check with Epsom and Ewell Borough Council’s planning team before any fixings go into the historic fabric. We will gladly share the planned tie positions with them first.
